Cases arising of motor vehicle accidents need no mention. However, death by negligence punishable under Section 304-A IPC, will follow serious consequences, if found guilty after trial. Though, among legal parlance, considered offences of less gravity, still the consequences can be a minimum of 6 months’ imprisonment, as laid by the Supreme Court.
